Lotte Hotel will open a six-star rank hotel in the landmark tower of Haeundae LCT in South Korea’s southern port city Busan, according to the country’s hotel resort chain.
Lotte Hotel and LCT PFV Co., the constructor of the Haeundae LCT complex, announced on Monday that they signed a contract to run a luxury Lotte Hotel in the complex comprised of a 101-story landmark tower and two 85-story apartment buildings located in the bustling beach line of Busan. The complex is being constructed on a site of 65,934 square meters.
Lotte Hotel will run 260 rooms for hotel and 561 rooms for longer-term residence concept offered with top hotel service to residents.
While only Koreans were given a chance to buy the apartment units, foreigners can buy the residence units, according to LCT PFV. The complex will be built in the special zone where investment immigration is allowed for foreigners.
