South Korean President Moon Jae-in threw a welcoming ceremony for Indonesian President Joko Widodo at Changdeokgung Palace, one of Seoul’s traditional palaces of the Joseon Dynasty, in the traditional royal court manner.
Widodo has arrived in Seoul for a two-day visit. It is the first time a foreign leader has been welcomed at a traditional royal court instead of the presidential office of the Blue House.
The two heads held summit talks discussing ways to strengthen ties.
