Chung Eui-yong (second left), South Korea’s national security adviser, meets North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in Pyongyang on Monday. The 10-member special delegation from Seoul delivered a letter from South Korean President Moon Jae-in where he conditioned denuclearization commitment from Pyongyang and proposed a phase-out outline. The Blue House said it was satisfied with the progress in the meeting so far. The envoys were treated to a dinner hosted by Kim who entertained outside government officials for the first time he came to power in 2011.
