Students take the state-administered annual college entrance exam in Pohang after South Korea delayed the test for the first time ever due to a 5.4-magnitude earthquake that hit the southern coast city last week.
Fire fighters have monitored the Pohang test sites and are on standby in the event of another quake. Buses are parked outside the centers to help evacuate the students in emergency situations.
