A residential apartment in a town in Pohang, southern coast city of Korea, is in a wreck with walls collapsing and windows in shatters after shaken by a 5.4-magnitude earthquake and aftershocks on Wednesday. The quake was the second strongest in the country after a 5.8-magnitude quake in southeastern city of Gyeongju last year. The college scholastic ability test scheduled for Thursday was pushed back for a week, the first-ever cancellation in the state-administered annual college entrance exam.
