S. Korea’s first driverless electric car to drive on public roads in Seoul

An electric car fitted with self-driving technologies has been cleared to drive on public roads for the first time in Seoul, South Korea. The car using the platform of Hyundai Motor’s electric car IONIQ is equipped with autonomous driving technologies of the research team at Seoul National University (SNU), led by Professor Lee Gyung-soo.
