The market for kidults - the portmanteau referring to adults with infatuations in toys and hobbies traditionally enjoyed by children - is worth nearly 10 trillion won ($8.9 billion) and expanding at staggering pace in South Korea. Toy stores for adults like Electro Mart and Kidult Mania are adding new outlets across the country and new forms of businesses like kidult-themed cafes and museums have been mushrooming in recent years.
