LG Electronics Inc. rolled out its new 77-inch LG Signature organic light-emitting diode (OLED) TV W in the Korean market on Wednesday. The new TV boasts a slim design with its whole panel thickness at less than 6 millimeters. The TV with a price tag of 33 million won ($29,331) earlier won the Best of the Best award at this year’s CES held in Las Vegas. Thanks to LG OLED’s pixel dimming control technology that renders perfect black without any light leakage, it delivers vivid colors and images against pitch-black color, the company explained. The company will offer a cashback of up to 4 million won and LG Tromm Styler clothing care machine to a consumer who buys the TV W by June 29.
