South Korea’s main gateway Incheon International Airport is packed with people wishing to enjoy the “golden week” holiday overseas.
About 1 million Koreans are expected to go abroad during the holiday period that could be up to 12 days long from April 28 to the day of the presidential election on May 9.
A string of holidays are in between including Buddha’s Birthday on May 3 and Children’s Day on May 5.
